Shading has always been a long chore for me so cudos for shading this~
Tho if you dont mind me suggesting something; if you do shading more often on ref sheets and it covers more than the edge of the chara, adding a few spots of the flat colors together to make a palette will make it easier for someone to reselect the original color~
