The three Links from the three split timelines."Young" Link (the Last Hero) from the Downfall Timeline after the Hero of Time's defeat by Ganon in Ocarina of Time's Alternate Adult Timeline.
Teen Link (once stated before to be the grown up teenage Young Link from Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask) from the Child Timeline after the young Hero of Time defeated Majora and saved Termina.
Toon Link (the boy who is the reincarnated Hero of Time, which makes him spiritually Adult Link himself) from the Adult Timeline after the adult Hero of Time successfully defeated Ganondorf.
Since it's been confirmed that there was another timeline, which was the failed Adult Timeline where A Link to the Past and its follow-ups take place, I think it'll be great to have three Links for Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U/3DS, huh?

Okay so I went through the whole thing with the timelines and I don't think Teen Link is the same as OOT/MM Link, Do you have a link that mentions this?

But, Teen Link was formely known as Young Link...Now he is confirmed to be the descendant of Young Link, who possess the physical appearance of the adult Hero of Time and the Chosen Knight of the Goddess. Sorry man.
