It in Gmod and I'm using the beach ball pack but it gone in the workshop and you have to get it in garrysmod.org and look in my journal about how to download them.

Well in the beach ball pack they are differant size of balls and you can use the ragdoll tool to move them butt you have to freeze it first and use the advance bone tool to make them big.
