watch the video here!This is my first tutorial ever. I will show you how to make my color pulse wallpapers and the base technique used for them.
I really have a bad mic and I'm sorry in advance for the rough keyboard typing, the coughing and sniffing in the background...
I'm planning to do a series of serious photoshop tutorials so I might get a better mic in the future.

As a side note when you have layer with some layer effects applied and you want erase parts of it, you can group that one layer and add mask to that group instead of layer

oh, so you group the layer with the effects and you don't blend it with a new one. that's good, I'll try it, makes even less loss of data

Exactly, and you can always apply more changes to layer with layer effects
