Description
rifle that i designed, its inspired by the mr-calmost looks like a mix of seths newest one and an m16
weeeeelllll this gun is unique because it gets rid of all the problems like jaming and rust and breakage and wutnot with one fell swoop. the trigger instead of being mechanicl, is electronic, the loading of the bullet and and the hammer in the gun is all done by wire. thi gives the gun better dependency (as long as youve got a couple AA) amd a FEROCIOUS rate of fire. the bullpup design and the long barrel gives it unparraleled accuracy and it shoots caseless ammo
the only negative thing about this gun ... i forgot the iron sights

Looks just like an MR-C, but with a picatinny rail'd barrel and a grenade launcher.

Man, you might wanna adjust the stock a bit too, I wouldn't wanna jam all those big corners against my shoulder, regular stocks push back enough XD

High rate of fire isn't always a good thing unless it deals with recoil well.
Having two shots "On Target" and the rest being "Low-Level Anti-Aircraft" is not a good idea.

HAHA LOL anti aircraft
but ya the path of force from the bullet its in a straght libe so the recoil would not be bad at all

And I just hope you don't need to download Software Patches in the middle of a Firefight.

lol i dont think this baby has a microchip, its iq level is that of a tyco rc lol but the roughness and heat of a gun during a battle might get to the electronics

OK, just have to worry about batteries then.
Still bad enough extra part, but, IIRC, Caseless Ammo is cleaner burning than Cordite, so less cleaning kit materials might offset that.

Yeah, and when the fertilizer hits the ventilator, you're so far behind enemy lines you can see their generals, and those batteries have run out, you'd be wanting something nice and old with a physical hammer.

i was thinking about that, maybe a mech where you have a small battery at the bottem of your clips, so that would solve the AA problem

With a Crank-Wind Charger on Ammo Crates to recharge the battery while you reload it.

Crank Winder, not every combat situation happens in Sunny Places, whereas there's almost always Privates you can grab to wind a crank.
Or hire some dirt poor locals to do it for pocket change and increase the local economy!

CanRay In reply to lemmonade [2008-06-26 15:01:22 +0000 UTC]
Exactly. Even "Spare Change" to a Soldier is a lot of money in some countries. (I remember one story from my Globetrotting Uncle and his family, about how their staff treated them like Royalty because they refused to charge them meals, and had them eat at their own table and their own meals!).
And a Crank-Winder is old, old, OLD technology, and very reliable.
Remember, high tech is good, but reliability is #1 to a soldier's point of view!

Whereas some people still have their "Brick" cellphones.
High-Tech is great for certain applications, but you just can't beat old tech if it does the job more than well enough, and is reliable.

Good example here in Winnipeg (Which gets colder and harsher winters than the Arctic Circle!) is the Parking Metres downtown.
They put in new, electronic ones. First winter here, they froze, and refused to work.
The old "Drop a coin and crank", they're still working. Some are older than I am.
