Whether you find the outcome matching your expectations or not, this turned out amazing for me.  

The lifelike appearance of her face gives me this silly impression that I'd find her reading a book at a cafe.

And, I gotta love'em eyes appearing so bliss but curious at the same time. So excellent effort to you with colouring her eyes, because the redness gives her overall appearance a sharp, yet beautiful contrast to it.
