If I use someone elses Parameters, is this not Copyright infringement? How do I have to do it for not getting into troubles? Is there a minimum requirement of my own changes to such parameters? How are the rules?

Anyone who post their Parameters with the Image has given expressed consent to use them by simply posting them but we do expect 2 things of anyone who uses them. 1 not to just to change the Gradient or some lights and repost the Original but actually "Tweak" the parameters by adding or removing Formulas, changing Formula settings, PoV etc.. 2 for Credit be given to the Originator and a Link(when possible) to the Original
