Description About time I submit something, this is one of my so few deviations of the year!

I needed some practice and there goes my practice attempt. Exeggutor used Hypnosis and suddenly you feel sleepy~

Yeah, I realize this could have been interpreted as Psywave, or even Confusion. But the picture matches better with the Hypnosis animation so meh

I hope I have not lost the touch!

This is AWESOME

I'm loving the slick lines and solid coloring, as well as the neato effects on the backdrop and attack. It really does look like some sort of Psychic-type attack. Also, Exeggutor is totally cute in your style. Great job. I'm faving!
