There's something unsettling about the face. I can't quite put my finger on it. It's right in that uncanny valley but I can't think of any fixes.
My only constructive criticism is to tone down the highlight on the upper lip and make the shadow on the bridge of the nose less defined. I don't know if you were looking at photo reference or not, but typically the shadow of the nose gradually fades as it goes between the eye lid and brow.

Yes I think so too. I've made too much contrast on her nose and her upper lip.
