Animated comics often feel much like reading a real comic, sometimes there is accompanying voice but the panels are presented in still frame but the transition and backgrounds give motion. The animation here is beautiful and the set up with the colors, art, style is just absolutely amazing, as for the story it's a sentiment all creative types sympathise and empathise with. Reality whilst can be stranger than fiction is usually less appealing and it seems that is the case with our lead character Umi, but she has a creative and fandom dominated mind which I absolutely adore (also did the self awareness of the comic medium, a little deadpool but still cute as hell). As this is only chapter one we're not expected to get everything, it's an opener, the beginning so I reckon we'll be meeting the second titular character in the next chapter and I certainly hope it's soon because I was already following you on deviantart and this guaranteed my interest for the whole blooming series. I look forward to see where these characters go and what the story will be, a very good start.
