I really like this picture, this caught my eye from the preview right away. I wanted to make sure i had time to make a full comment, which is why i waited until i could do.
I love the side white details they look very cool. They seem to almost frame the main picture. The actual part in the middle that looks like it has been framed by the white detail looks cool to. I like the simple bright coloured picture, next to the faintly colour more complex picture. It works well. This is one of your best pictures and has a certain beauty to it.
The BG is really cool as well, it just all seems to work and tie together. You did a great job with this picture and i love it!

I really like the white border work over the background. It makes both seem more complex than they actually are without making either seem cluttered or busy. The fact that the background doesn't center completely work for me, too. It's ads a layer of depth that wouldn't be there if it did center up with the white.

Thanks, I'm pretty fond of the results too. The background is a very old photo of the Brooklyn Bridge.
