nu stiu daca ai citit "Marile sperante", dar statuia asta imi aminteste de batrana care a ramas in rochia de mireasa din ziua in care trebuia sa se marite. si in camera aceea toate au ramas neschimbate din ziua in care ea trebuia sa se marite-chiar si tortul era inca acolo.
statuia o vad ca pe o vaduva care sta de foarte multa vreme la mormantul sotului acoperita, ferita de lume, cu trandafiri ofiliti in maini. imi plac mainile ei, care se vad foarte putin...e impresionanta statuia si odata cu ea si fotografia. felicitari...

I completely agree with you, Dame Odessa.. But I must add it is also very spooky. Kind of like the famous "Black Madonna" statue in a Chicago cemetary (I can't recall which one) which is said to be haunted.
