Your panel breaks could use some spacing. Don't be afraid to add some gutters in there in order to spread events out and help with your composition.
Additionally, I know most folk aren't too keen on backgrounds, but the more TLC you give them, the better your panels look. The looming figure of the faceless stranger would've packed an extra punch if the environment around them was more detailed. It comes off just a wee bit silly considering the girl is leaning against a tree that looks like a paper prop on a stage play.
