The Four cloned daughters of Supergirl (Supermom) are getting a practice sparring bout with Aunt Mercy in one of the Luthor Mansion's gym facilities.Ms. Mercy had promised to give Linda's four cloned daughters a practice combat bout to give them some training from this episode :
Pile On Mom
Ms. Mercy is not too pleased that the four daughters are still goofing around and tells them to get serious & she gives them a slight incentive to get real.

Then unexpectedly Ms. Mercy enters the baffling scene,
-Chauffeur & family bodyguard to the Luthor Family Clan and Confidante & Closest Friend to Linda Lee Kent whom had saved her life when she had arrived into Smallville years ago, living a miserable, destituted transient existence from town to town, homeless, hungry, with nobody to call as friends, no home to rest and with no meaningful purpose in life until finally rescued by the young Ms. Kent in the darkened, empty streets utterly exhausted, emaciated, road-dirtied & nearly at the end of her tethered, harsh life.
-It was young Linda Lee Kent whom finds Ms. Mercy already collapsed in the grimy wet street gutter and Linda had flagged down the dashing Lex Luthor in his fancy red car.
They take the dying Ms. Mercy with them to his mansion where they get young Clark to bring their specially equipped rocket ship to heal Ms. Mercy's deteriorating & dying body and help her slowly recover from her nearly final death ordeal.

Clark was able to make their Kryptonian rocket ship revive & cure Ms. Mercy from near death but it had changed her body so that she would have at least half the strength of Supergirl..
And since Ms. Mercy had already trained herself in how to fight beforehand...
Her fighting skills are greater than the average person...

Doesn´t matter if you can lift a car and bounce bullets, physics is physics, and if used against you it will throw you around.

A lesson they won't soon forget I'd imagine, though the second one of them uses their heat vision or punches the floor out from underneath her, I'd imagine Mercy wouldn't fair quite as well!
