At last I can spill the beans! I'm the artist on the new Gears of War comic from DC's Wildstorm imprint, launching in October before the new game. My story bridges the two.Very exciting!
This was the piece that landed me the gig.

Oh man, you are doing the gears of war comic! That is freaking awesome man! I tried to get some work on the comic when it was with the other publisher, and i was maybe going to do some pinups or even a cover, but then that particular publisher i guess isn't doing it anymore. But i am happy to see you take it over man, great stuff.

Yup, there are LOTS of times it just seems impossible, but you have to find a way through, and make stuff up. Mostly I make stuff up these days...

Hey man, right now I'm in the middle of a project, a magazine with draw tips, pin ups, scripts and of course a few stories illustrated. So if you want in a near future maybe I can request an interview to you. Many Latinamerican illustrators are very interested in our propose, but we are looking also contact with some artist from Europe and Northamerica.
The magazine name is Pin Up and the first issue is schedule to be on sale on August 16th; right know we are working in the 4th issue.

dunno. maybe teach the colorist to get suitable to your drawings.
somehow the flat colors of the nineties were working better than the
typical coloring of now - it all looks the same...
