I just read about Herobrine and it kind of got me. I mean, imagine it was real, an undead character lurking through your map, building pyramids and 2x2 tunnels, burning leaves from trees, leaving redstone torches everywhere, secretly watching your back or even trying to lure you into traps, killing you and stealing your stuff. It would be a new level Minecraft.
well that part of Herobrine being Notch's dead brother kinda ruined the whole creepy pasta, but whatever, the beginning was good

There is nothing in the source code or texture files of vinnila minecraft Β that indicate herobrines existence in the game. But I wouldn't put it past Mojang to secretly add him in the future. but if they did they would add only one in your entire world, so finding him even then would be extremely difficult. as for him being Marcus Persson's brother? well We don't know a whole lot about him, or at least I don't XD

He originated from a creepypasta, he was originally meant to be Notch's dead brother who's lurking in the game and trying to kill the player. Nothing too believable, but I did like the idea of something unknown leaving traces in your game, even though he doesn't actually exist

Actually it is 4J who is responsible for the xbox one and Mojang isn't quite sure if 4J removed him. And you do know their is a skin pack right?
