While I am not a big fan of Charizard myself and yes, it does have big disadvantage against Stealth Rock...Mega Charizard Y still has very high special attack and has the Drought Ability, which is great for Solar Beam as well as Flamethrower. :3

I like Charizard's X form more honestly, it can deal so much damage with Flare Blitz.

Yeah, and it has a bad ass design, and it's has the dragon typing. You know something that people been begging for GameFreak to give Charizard since very beginning of Gen 1.

True, but the megas are actually pretty good if you know how to use them.
Though if I had to pick, I would use Y form, due to it's high special attack and ability to use Solar Beam in an instant with Drought, which is good against Rock and Water types.

Charizard having two megas with good abilities does make it versatile, I'll give it that.
I usually, if I use Charizard, use the mega that best suits it's nature and abilities.

Agreed. I do understand why a lot of people think it's overrated, but it's new mega forms are pretty good if you use them right. :3
