Oh this is Saten Matou when she was younger, roughly about ten years old. She is another Naruto OC of mine who is actually Homura's future teammate.

Anyways, Saten's parents were killed trying to protect all the people of their clan from Orochimaru because he was interested in one of the clan's jutsu Age Transformation (No, it is not a Kekai Gekai, it's not bloodline. The clan just never trusted it with anyone) and the clan's Kenkai Genkai eye ability know as the Hennekai which has the power to read the minds of anyone around them. But the drawback was that people can go insane if a lot of people are around, and also causes them to lose focus. Also, the power is only allowed to be used for a limited amount of time.

Anyways, I haven't worked with Paint Tool Sai in months. Not since I got my new computer about two months ago. I got lazy, and forgot to upload Sai onto my computer before finally getting off my lazy ass and getting on here and downloading it onto my new computer. However, I still use my old computer for a lot of things particularly MMD because I can't install it on her except for the shitty new one that lags like a snail moving at one mile per hour. I also still need to transfer the artwork I never finished onto my new computer. Obviously a commission that I still need to shade the entire thing. Damn, I'm a procrastinator and a workaholic at the same time. This commission should of been done months ago ;_;

Thank God I ordered a new tablet pen. Using my mouse gets annoying
