Saloyancy, the salamander fakémonType: Water
HT: 25 cm
WT: 3 kg
Description 1: This fakémon leaves along mud-pools and rivers. It can fill its buoyancy membranes with water when he goes on land to humidify its skin.
Description 2: It can fill its buoyancy membranes to chance its weight to facilitate swimming. When scared and near water it fills his buoyancy membranes with water to increase his size.
It evolves into Mandancy .

I think a starter should never have a very complicated design. The starter should not be hated.
Lets see if I can keep this line of though in the evolutions. Already have them in mind.
