Looks like the Tentacle Countess made a new friend.

I was gonna turn the Plague doc mask into something of a mascot, and approved, then suggested the fan thing, so I kinda got carried away.Β 

Also, I am unaware of the Countess' "making-new-friends proccess" so I assume she just goes all out with the tentacles.
