Description
Tokidoki+Avatar the Last Airbender=Tokidoki Avatar Vans!!These took quite a while because I couldn't decide on the backgrounds and color scheme
I'm torn between wearing them or keeping them as art pieces... I had originally made them to wear, but I put so much work into them that now I don't know...
I used Simone Legno's character designs as reference, but the character drawing ideas are all mine. Ahh!! I just love these so much!!
Does anyone know a good way to seal these? I was going to use acrylic paint, but people said that it will start to crack after a while.. I'm thinking about using scotch-gard..
Tokidoki belongs to Simone Legno
Avatar belongs to Mike and Bryan/Nickelodeon
Character designs by me

May I ask . . . Will they bleed through the fabric of the shoes? And does the color rub off? o:

i sealed it with some art sealant spray and so far they haven't worn out scotch gard might also be good to stop it from bleeding!

It was pretty much just the cost of the vans (which can get pretty expensive <_<), but i found this all white pair for $20 so it wasn't that bad. The rest is all sharpies All i did was sketch in pencil on the shoes and color over it.

You could make some serious green, doing stuff like this. This...this wins the internet. Hell, yes. I, too, would be considerably torn between wearing them, and keeping them hung up on my wall to ogle.

These are frigging awesome.
I would suggest Plasti Seam to seal them. It's a flexable resin to seal fabric.
