Most of the time when a corset piercing rejects is because they get pierced with rings right away and then laced, this causes tension to pull on the rings, and your body pushes them out (rejection) rather than healing around them. Best way to go about getting one is to get pierced with curved barbells and allow them to heal first before switching to rings and lacing them. Not to mention the constant rubbing of clothes (and for women bra straps) over the piercings just irritate it worse. It's a shame because they look awesome, just few people know how to do them, and even fewer people know how to properly take care of them.

corset piercings are so nuts! my friend got one done up her back for prom. it just seems like a lot of pain and money to me when they're only in for a few hours, especially when they leave scars! but to each their own.
