I really like the B&W vs. color going on.
It's a nice clear shot (not too fuzzy or blurry, or too much crap floating around) since he is under water. Compostion's good too: a lot of head way, gives it movement, like the fish still has plenty of room to move forward in.
Shadow, lighting, and contrast are great.
