Fisheye was always one of my faves...(and definitely my favorites of the baddies that pull heel-face-turns, but that's beside the point...)
I LOVE what you did with his outfit, too. Never was a fan of the old Tire-Man costume, and I always wished that it had been more floaty and streamlined...this is exactly what I always thought it should be. Well done!
