Something I started last summer and finally finished a few months ago. I drew it from a picture of Ms. Ryder that was in the "50 Most Beautiful People" issue of People Magazine in...1995, I believe. I always liked the contrast of it. And I like Winona Ryder, mainly because of Edward Scissorhands.As for this, I really like how it turned out, but I have this problem of never making things dark enough, so I would like it better if it were darker. But I'd rather draw something new than go back and work on it some more.
Winona Ryder is a free citizen but I guess the drawing belongs to me.

Thanks! I can only draw really realistically when I have a photo (or a real live person) to draw from. It's a nice change to do something time consuming and detailed like this.

Very nice piece of work! A lot of my stuff is not dark enough, either. I am getting better at it, but sometimes it is hard to stay engaged in the drawing after most of it is created. Great work on this!

Yeah, and making them super dark takes so lonnnng, unless you smudge or use really dark lead and I don't like doing either of those things. Maybe next time!
