For some reason these kind of drawings are the only ones people consider buying from me and I hate it because they're boring!They're cute though

It always puzzles me when an artist says what they do bores them while they continue to do it. Money? Sometimes. But it doesn't seem very noble. Meh.
Anyway, someone else mentioned this becoming a sort of signature thing and I agree that that's a possible reason for your feeling unchallenged. Think of cartoonists that spend hours drawing a total of thousands of cells of the same character, simply in different positions. It's what they're good at, and what they at some point were really interested in, but it became a (necessary) habit.
Growth can happen.
But, this piece.
I do like it. I'm tempted to fave it, though your comments make me want to withhold that. I find that the detail, while simple, is rather well done and just enough. And I really like that there's shading! Definitely cute, which is something I don't think is bad at all.

I think the are boring to you because you've done quite a few.. but to those buying.. you've created a character of sorts.. like Johnny the Homicidal Maniac.. or less spooky, more quirky, Happy Bunny. The big glassy eyes, the stitched on smile, the blacks and whites.. it just does it. Maybe you should comic it? But then if they bore you how tedious that would be.
