The Conscience (inner voice) Witch
Cher has the ability to shrink a little larger than a Picori (so slightly larger than your thumb) she sneaks into a house in the middle of the night and plants a "Charm" transmitter under the earlobe of her chosen victim. These enchanted little tears float below the skin, remaining inconspicuous to the victim. Once the Charm has sync'd itself with the human's mind, Cher's vocal chords will manipulate themselves to mimic the voice of the person. After everything is set, she follows (or rides on if she's feeling daring) her host and speaks to them as if she were their inner conscience. Altering their decisions and judgement on situations, people, or choices. (Which could lead to bad outcomes and deceit)
She can grow and shrink an hour after each change (by will) the longest she can stay mini is a day. When she grows at any given time, her charm will disconnect itself from the host and break.
