I highly doubt I'm the first person to have this idea, but meh. Its a cool idea, and I really wanted to do a watercolor painting, so have a Luna. :3Unfortunately, the scanner doesn't pick up sparkle, but I used some opalescent watercolors for her shoes, the moons on her collar and cutie mark, the stars, around the moon and her mane and tail for some added awesomeness.

I see you added those highlights. Definitely strengthened the overall piece, and in general it turned out very well (especially the stars in the background).

I wanna say around 5 hours? I probably put in about 2.5-3 hours into it the night I started it, and another 2 before finishing last night.
