It is a magical place indeed, we were standing with our backs to the ruins of an old charming typical "Gargano house" having this fantastic view over the lake at sunset, agreeing it would be a dream to restore it and own that place. Just across the road there is an olive grove with twisted really old olives, very sculptural... Now we only need to win that lottery

And then you could plant the vineyard and learn to make wine, and while you were waiting, sip Prosecco in beautiful crystal glasses with ribbons tied around the stems....
