Description
A British Special Operations Executive Agent involved in paramilitary operations somewhere in Nazi occupied Europe.
This drawing was inspired by Major Patrick Leigh Fermor & Captain W. Stanley Moss, two SOE officers who along with the Cretan resistance kidnapped the German commander of the German occupying forces on Crete, General Heinrich Kreipe. A number of participants in the kidnapping wrote accounts of the operation post-war, all of which are worth a read. There's even a film adaptation from the 1950s, which is fun.
