Description
Here is the first part of a special costume I have been working on for some time now. A parasol printed with the Republic symbol on it - you guessed it, the costume is Star Wars related, yay!

I had quite an interesting time trying to paint it all by myself. I didn't figure out ahead of time how hard it would be to hold the template against the parasol, hold the spray can and keep it all from rolling away from me at the same time. So there is definitely some excess paint spatter, a few drips and a few uneven paint surfaces, but from far away, it looks pretty good!
