Description It was a sunny day. Unlike every other day in Tao Village since the Kyurem dragon arrived. It was still snowy, the ground completely cloaked in a thick layer of white. With the snow came an illness, putting down a lot of the grass Pokémon and lizards, including the almighty PK. Though, there was one grass Pokémon that was unaffected; Samuel the Shroomish, and now a Breloom. He had even gone to collect ingredients for the doctors with a few others for his partner, Carmella the Charmander. Even with the snow, Samuel was his same old self, always hanging around his best-friend and ignoring everything else.

“Hey, Sam!” Today, Samuel was waiting by the fountain for his friend; also known as his unofficial half-brother, Hirune Osaka. “Sam, get over ‘ere!”

Glancing over, Samuel saw the Vibrava he was looking for. Happily walking over, he greeted Hirune with a wave and a friendly smile. “Hey, HU, you’re kinda early, t’day, aren’t ya?”

“Oh, shut up. I was up late yesterday and I wanna take a nap, now,” Hirune yawned. He was probably the laziest Pokémon in Tao Village. He hated work. He wouldn’t even write his name unless he had a good reason to. Samuel respected it. Perhaps that was the reason they always hung out. Flying onto the branch of a favourite siesta tree, Hirune laid his head down and gestured to Samuel to lie down on the trunk. Once they settled in, Hirune yawned, again, even heavier than before. “So, you got a mission, yet?”

“Nah, if I did, Chill woulda sent a letter or something,” the Breloom yawned, himself. He had always wanted a mission. Though, Carmella told him to wait until he evolved, fearing for his safety. “I do hear Chill’s lookin’ for some teams though. I’ll ask Carma if she wants to do it. If we got an evolution scroll, she’d be evolving for sure!”

Hirune chuckled. He and Samuel had been talking about evolution for a while, considering the last stage of evolution for him was a large dragon, much better than being a Trapinch. However, Samuel often bought up that Carmella was planning on evolving to Charizard level, a dragon that would rival a Flygon’s power. “No way I’d let a girl beat me if that’s what you’re wondering!”

“Alright, I won’t think about it, then!” Samuel laughed. Looking up at the sky, he gazed at the big fluffy clouds, slowly rolling by. On closer inspection, he saw some kind of bird, flying towards them. Looking up at Hirune, he saw that he was already snoring. “I’m sure he won’t mind. Hey, Hiru? I’m going. I think I got some mail. Catch ya later, bro.” Standing up, he held out his claws for the Pidove to land. The little grey bird nested nicely into his hands, holding an envelope to the Breloom’s face, showing a familiar seal; the protoman glasses Chill always had on and a paw print near the left bottom corner. Taking the letter from the Pidove, Samuel set it on the ground and ripped open the envelope. Inside there was white sheet of paper with writing. Unfolding the paper, Samuel read it. Moments later, he slipped the letter back into the envelope and patted the Pidove on the head. “Thank you very much, little guy. I’ll be sure to tell Carma.“

“Hey, pass another cocktail ‘round ‘ere!”

“Coming up!” the waiter called.

Zero and Splash were at the Spinda Café. Zero had had his second Oran berry cocktail and was still wanted more, considering the size of a regular cocktail. Splash did have anything yet. She was watching Zero gulp down his orders, though. “Z-Zero…”

“What is it?” Zero leaned his head on one of his paws. “You got a problem with my drinking habits? These cocktails are actually really good!”

“N-no…” Splash looked down. She was somewhat afraid of the Zorua and wouldn’t want to anger him. “F-forget I said anything…”

There was a rather awkward silence as Zero simply stared at Splash and Splash was still looking downwards. “Okay, if there’s anything you wanna tell me, don’t be so afraid to.”

“Y-yes, sir…”

“Order up, one Oran berry cocktail!”

The waiter happily walked over, holding a platter with Zero’s order on it. Taking it off the plate and placing it nicely on top of the table, the Spinda smiled. “Hey, are you Team Doppelganger?” Zero and Splash seemed to perk simultaneously, having heard the name of their team. “A letter came in for you. The Pidove is still waitin’ above ground. You oughta go talk to him. I think it’s an emergency.”

Zero nodded, gulping down his drink quickly and jumping out of his seat, leaving a few Poké coins on the table. “C’mon, let’s hurry.”

sorry for the wait.
Just to say, this is a collab with :iconWackyTwilight:
they wrote while I drew the pic.
For some reason, the old file was lost, the next file was deleted by me (on accident), the 3rd was deleted by mom (on purpose), so I had to draw this 4 TIMES.

PIDOVE IDEA IS NOT MINE.
