This is a do-it-yourself mood lamp/night light. I've had it lit up, day and night, on my dresser in my bedroom for months now, and I never get tired of staring at it
Make yours whatever size you want, with a design that fits your decor, and with whatever color lights you choose! Here is a link to a pic of the design I used [link] ,but the possibilities are endless.. I thought about making one with black poster board and red lights for my daughter's bedroom! In your final image, it looks like you cut out the holes all the way in a decorative style. Is that true? Or is the lighting just creating those patterns on the flower petal's holes.

it's just how the light makes it look. each petal and leaf is totally intact, attached near the middle, just bent inwards. depending on how far you have it bent in, towards the light, it changes the effect. when i finished i sat and pushed on them as needed until i was happy with the amount of light coming through.

So beautiful! I love the way the cut-outs have a gradiated look to the light they let through. Makes it almost look as delicate as lace! Very good job!
