In a weird way John Hurt in the show reminds me of the Valeyard (obviously must be intentional) and your ponfied version of him captures that perfectly.

I don't quite get the cutie mark, though. Β War Doctor's not a "broken" regeneration like the post-Delgado Masters, so he should technically have Nine's hour glass (I realize that means shifting all the hourglasses down at least one, but hey, Moffat's to blame for that).

Yeah, I've spent some time quietly cursing Moffat while figuring out what to do about all these hourglasses. My original plan was to just shift them all down one, then we found out that Eleven was really Thirteen...
...and now I've just realized I used Eight's hourglass instead of Nine's to make this one. *facepalms*

Well...you might try going ahead and shifting the hourglasses down, then doing a separate pony for TenToo (that's as simple as changing his jacket color if necessary). Β Give him the 12th hourglass, then just give Eleven the last hourglass. Β To emphasize the fact that TenToo is the Doctor's clone and half human...er...you know what I mean...you could cut the hourglass in half from top to bottom.
