Something I did a while ago, but fixed up a bit to be worthy of my gallery
It's supposed to be the Goddess Nyx. Drawn all in Photoshop with Wacom tablet. Background done with Raydream Studio 5 (An old as the hills 3D program

The Shading is decent, and the overall image is very nicely done, but the only problem I find (unless it was done on purpose) is the eyes.
To me she looke blind, or as if in a transedant bliss of ignorance or something. they eyes have no fucus, not on the "audience" nor on anything really within her surrounding scene.

And I completely agree on the eyes they are not focused enough at all.

you're welcome for the critique, i tend to be one of the few people (apparently) on DA that gives something more than... oh its pretty, and what not. Guess people need more culture in their lives to see not only what is good about an image but also what can be improved... that and being a pessimistic SOB (lol) usually helps.
After all we are our own worst critics! LOL.
Anyways I may just check out your newer works, if You'll check out mine LOL.
( I say a fair trade. and I could definitly use some good critique on my work.)

i love the thich braids and her cloak is too awesome.... i also like her calm expression... you're style is characteristically so cute and energetic... this look is different and suits nyx perfectly
