This one is an old style CSS skin. You'll have to click download, open the .zip file and copy the CSS code in "Options > Skin CSS" part of your journal.
There should be 2 files, one with the CSS code and one with the journal code.

From what I know Standard member have no access to the CSS, all you can do is using journal skins (the one you can install by simply clicking on "Install skin"), but well let's see... have you got an access to the "Option" tab in the Update Journal page? Cause in there you should see a box with CSS wrote and you should paste the code in there. If you don't see that box/can't use that box then you can only use journal skins.

hehe woooow I'm so stupid... sorry for freaking out I've just been looking for a Pucca skin for a long time and when I found this I wanted to post an entry but I wuz too frustraded with the CSS stuff I got angry and tired and gave up... Thank you SO MUCH!!!

Yes, I found a few images of Pucca, but they were too small to be used so I recreate them in vector version using the one I found online as reference, then I just created a random layout that would look fine for Pucca.
