1-2) I think your pics are simply awesome, I like particulary the designs. I found them very unique and cool! The colours are very well picked, like in this pic; the blue color scheme creats a cool and calm feeling. But on the other hand he's gaze is so severe, that even all that blue is not enough to calm the atmosphere wholly. Design is once again great.
There are still couple of things whitch I think you should still work on. As said previously the hair looks a bit flat and simple. More wavy and airy look would create even greater impact. There is no hint of movement at all.
I think all of your drawings have this same problem; it seems like you haven't used very much time with the details. Pieces of clothing and accessory look separate from the main body. I think working in detail level would fix this problem, expecially working on the border of two objects (two colors). It might help making the character look more like a one rather than a bunch of pieces. Greater contrast would also make the character pop up more from the background.
But altogeather very nice work
3) I get the feeling that he would be some evilish guy. He would be pretty serene and more logical than radical. A mastermind, a very poverful guy.

thanx buddy yes I have had abit of trouble to make everything blend well. and I gotta learn to put more of a flow into the hair. I like the description you gave of his personality. I really like this, so I wanna give some rockin' actual criticism, since you asked. XD
1) His shoulders seem uneven, just the tiniest bit so it looks a little bit awkward. His hair seems a little flat and the rendering on the arm guard/glove and chest could be a little more developed.
2) I adore the colours and his face. Absolutely gorgeous.
3) I would imagine him to be very cold and proud, and very protective of those he holds dear. I would imagine he likes reading, solace, training and playing chess. I don't think he would like loud people. XD
