Fluttershy as a Unicorn? Most probably still a Tamer. Probably an extremely good one, given how potent her compassion and her Stare makes her as a Pegasus. I think it would be interesting to see how changing their tribes would change the Mane6's roles. Maybe Fluttershy would be in Twilight's.

I don't see Twilight taking AJ's or Pinkie's roles. That leaves Dash and Fluttershy herself, and she's not that much of an athlete. So I guess Twilight and Fluttershy swap places.
