My new HMM Gojulas zoids.wikia.com/wiki/GojulasThis has become the biggest Zoid I now have. The level of detail in the HMM range is incredible. So many little parts. It took me about 12 hours to put together.

How big is it compared to, say, a shadow fox? side by side comparison?

I'm not sure how big the shadow fox is, but this gojulas model is about 515mm long, and about 320mm high.
from what i've been able to look up, the shadow fox is only about 240mm long

This one cost me about $300 australian. I found it in a local specialty store (That specializes in japanese manga, anime, gundam/zoids/pokemon/etc, pop culture)
