I've gone through your entire gallery and it's been a wonderful trip - I love how even in these older works of yours (which are amazing in their own right) a lot of imagination and wonder are present. This image also caught my eye for the sheer amount of details in the stylised tree and the flow of the composition.

Why is there such a huge disparity in the quality of your artwork? Some pieces like "Laugh It Up" and "Spider Queen" look like they were done by a professional while other pieces (like this one), look like they were done by a fairly talented casual artist.

If it's OK with you, I'll answer your question (instead of the artist) - the disparity comes from this work being submitted in 2003 and for example the work 'Laugh It Up' in 2007. Three, four years gives enough time for an artist to change their style/technique/etc. I personally love it when artists leave their older pieces in their galleries, it allows us comparison to see how their work evolves and also gives a bit of hope to any aspiring art student or hobbyist.

That's one of the most creative Dragons I've ever seen. I love how his ears are tree limbs. And the Fire Flies add a real good touch!!!

AMAZING! Man, i have a long ways to got! Well, i'm only 13. I drwe a tree dragon before. Except it was made of wood. Its mane and membrane were leaves. It was really cool. Your artwork inspires me...
