Step one is the one that takes the most amount of time, so this tutorial asumes you have an already done vector base. To make the crappy vector look like a decent CG.

You don't need pen tablet since all you have to do is click-click-click at basic stuff such as "change colour" (just select the new colour), making a basic 2 colour gradient and adding the most basic blur: Gaussian blur.

I chose Kimihiro Watanuki because he's pretty easy to draw, I don't have to spend much time doing his hair (again, I'm lazy) and his heterochromia made me able to play with two eyetones at the same time in this tutorial.

Perfect for lazy people like me and people who want to do a quick CG-esque stuff.
