Ability: If she chops it off of its main part, she can control it telekinetically. Perception matters here; if she decapitates something and thinks the head is the main part, she can control the body. If she thinks the body is the main part, she can control the head.
She can also open and close the lunette (restraining assembly, bit you put your head it, etc), but I don't think that really counts as an ability since it's part of her. :I
Personality: Stubborn, but not necessarily committed; blunt, sometimes to the point of rudeness, which she occasionally feels bad about; a bit strict with others; pessimistic and often a little morbid; antisocial
Likes: Solitaire. Solitude.
Dislikes: Obnoxious cats (and obnoxious anything else). Crowds.
Etc: The guillotine isn't particularly heavy (to her), but it is bulky, so she usually carries it around her neck. It rests just south of her stitches, so if she accidentally chops her head off somehow she won't die.
Her tail is nearly flat where it meets the blade. It tapers.
She has a small collection of severed animal heads, which have been stuffed and preserved by a third party. Well. Most of them have. A couple are just skulls now.
No, she doesn't go around beheading random things all the time. The bits of her collection were mostly gotten when she was really pissed off.
In a fight, she won't bother with the lunette; she'll either try to get the whole thing around her foe like it's a giant lasso or just beat them with it.

Re-adopted her from , found the original design by , ended up with her somewhere between the two...
