Originally I had a second bit under this first panel (well, it's not really a panel anymore, but still)It went like so:
INFO FACT TIME FOR AN INFO FACT TIME FOR AN INFO FACT [etc]
1.
Female: my mother was a powerpuff girl and my father was a mime
2. THE SHAME
Which basically illustrated why Smaller is a shameful man
3.
Celery: i am actually a piece of celery
END INFO FACT END INFO FACT END INFO FACT END INFO FACT
...The whole thing was an exercise in drawing something without really thinking about it, but...
Now each character has a name, a back-story, and the beginnings of a future comic. D:

Female's grandmother was Betty Boop
Smaller is not wearing a coat because of the lack of cloth on the planet
Celery's father was a chef who quit shortly after Celery was born

I can't really decide who's the cutest, Female or Celery. Smaller is more *sassy* than cute. Celery's background is NIGHTMARE FUEL, but he's so meek and helpless that I can't help liking him. Really digging this style with the elegant shading and strong colours, you've improved a lot in a short time.

And yeah, Celery's backstory is pretty creepy (Incredibly so for Celery's dad XD ), but Celery's a bit thick so it doesn't affect him.

When I first saw that Celery's parents were a chef and a celery, the first thing that came to mind was something along the line of "OH MY BELOVED, OUR FORBIDDEN LOVE WAS NOT MEANT TO BE" except ruder. Caps included. Let's hope that's not the case.
