His name is Exam.Yup.
But Raver-like.
This lineart is free for use, just say that the lineart is mine.
I'm going to see if I can submit this to Amber's coloring book idea.. If it's not finished.
I used the pen tool for this.. It can make fun twiddly bits on the clothes.

I like his clothes ^^ They are funkydellic. His wings are also cool. I think the feet are a bit weird though...one seems higher than the other...and they also seem quite big. I also think his head is connected a bit weirdly...but I do like the hat...8buys one8. It is sehr sehr gut for computer drawn, better than I could do XD The folds are very well done.

I finally did good wings. 
Yeah, the feet are pretty big.. And they do look weird, now that I look at them.
And I can't draw heads from that angle.. But it's the angle that I draw from the most. Kind of messed up, really.
Thanks! You should try the pen tool.. I think it's best for line art. Especially for clothes.

It looks o.k, its just that i've seen plenty of piccys that have both tails and wings on the same person and its never really made that much sense to me...
And he doesn't look girly to me, otherwise i would have said 'she' etc. in my comments, I think he looks perfectly boyish.
