No, it's carved foam covered in plasti-dip.

The thing is I'm going to challenge myself into making fursuits as well too so I'm hoping to gather those right materials to make it right!

How do you make those, if you're willing to share? THat type of material would fit my style well, though I wouldn't do that shape just 'cuz it doesn't fit will with how I draw and build.
