Butter man is a robot master created by the eccentric member of the secret society Helmut Von Glue. He secrets melted butter from his body when exposed to high temperatures, much like sweat. His body in fact contains a special tipe of butter, created in Von Glue’s labs, and has an air filter on his chest, powered by a small external generator protected by a red capsule just underneath it. His head is fully covered in another tipe of artificial butter that grows when exposed to cold temperatures, he has a spoon on it to remove excessive amounts of butter, in order to preserve his circuits. Butter man works in a secret chemical plant in Italy outside of Milan, where he force the locals to pay a fee or send his goons to teach them a lesson. He always tries to look tough, paranoid that people won’t take him seriously, using violence to assert his authority on civilians. Useless to say that doctor Light saw Butter man’s persecutions on the people of Milan as a top priority for Megaman and his team. Butter man’s stage is his chemical plant where the player will have to face streams of butter that blocks his way. When you touch this butter, your movements will be slippery for a while, making it difficult to traverse the level. When fighting this ruthless robot master, you’ll need to avoid his butter buster, that can heavily damage you, making you bounce around like a tennis ball, he can also lay butter traps that slow you down or he can make melted butter fall from above you giving you the same effect it did to you during the stage. After defeating him you’ll get the weapon: butter ball, that lets you shoot a ball of butter that blocks bullets and push away your enemies.
