Milk man is one of the twisted robot masters made by the terrifying member of the secret society: Toymaker.
Milk man have 3 voice lines recorded into his mainframe and he repeats them constantly. He doesn’t feel pain or emotions, like most of Toymaker robot masters, he just mindlessly execute his tasks whatever they are, the fact that he doesn’t even blink is probably the most horrific fact about him, but overall, he’s armless unless you provoke him. He was sent out as a fake milk delivery robot, but in reality he only delivers milk to certain people that “ know too much” giving signals to Necro man and Crusher man on which target to attack first or kidnapping people himself after poisoning their milk with powerful sleeping draught.
His stage will be a the facility that produces said poisoned milk. The stage is filled with milk tubs, if you enter them you’ll be your speed will be reduced and you’ll need to sleep for a couple of seconds. When Megaman will fight Milk man, he will need to avoid his acidic milk bottles that poison you for 5 seconds, milk man can also raise milk from the ground, forcing you to get up the platforms in the room in order to not become sleepy. After defeating him you’ll get the weapon: Milk poison that lets you shoot a milky bullet that poison your enemies while dealing the same amount of damage as the regular buster.
