Moveset:

Natural Gift / - At the beginning of each mission Lucielle chooses one berry to draw power from to light her body up in either Flame or Electricity, using this energy to attack her opponent with in a variety of ways.

Energy Ball - Lucielle uses Energy ball for a variety of purposes, as both an offensive and defensive tool. She has discovered that covering herself in the good allows her to traverse water, but it also serves as a brilliant fighting tool that can slow her opponents as they get stuck in the sticky goop. It generally come out from her mouth from a special gland at the back of her throat. its not exactly a pretty thing to see, but it works like a charm.

Will-o-wisp - Much like her mother, Lucielle also has the move will-o-wisp which she uses to burn her opponents and to do menial tasks like start fires. It can also be used in performances as a harmless trick. It appears like a crown of three wisps of fire that connect above her head. And are purple, pink or orange in appearance, never green or blue or yellow.

Extrasensory - This move has a variety of uses though being physically useless against dark type pokemon. Lucielle has perfected this move so that she can sense the most apparent thoughts and condition of an opponent or other pokemon. This is not telepathy and she cannot read minds, but it a great help in battle and can be used on all pokemon. The actual damage of this move can only be received by all non-dark type pokemon, but she can convey the power with a vulpix-esque illusion to make a dark type pokemon shocked into thinking they have been hurt ( may cause the target to flinch). Doesn't have any physical appearance.

Personality:
Lucielle is an extremely calm pokemon and can recover from most situations quite gracefully. Her calm and little spoken demeanour can have her pinned as somewhat of a weak pokemon, but she fights back with veracity when in a pinch. She thinks through most situations cleverly and can plan out something with the utmost care, though she can sometimes ignore a danger or overlook an issue which can lead to her plans falling in a heap.

She doesn't really appreciate others being loud and obnoxious and when ticked off can be quite rude and adamant. Her humour is rather sophisticated and may be missed by those who are a bit more carefree. She is studious and like to be straight with people, but will butter things down as to not hurt others feelings. She spends alot of her time writing journals of every day and compiling notes of Ninetales history from the archives.

Short Bio:
Lucielle was born in a rather sparse shire to a ninetales and Vulpix. She was loved by her township and was the resident history keeper, after almost a half century of no data being logged into the tomes from the last History keeper degrading in health and becoming secluded. His name was Jefferson.

After much pushing from her mother to start practising Alchemy, Lucielle left the Shire in the aim to find a new home where she could discover the cause of her odd condition, her singular white tail that refused to split.
Really simple bio, but it will all be developed upon, so not much is needed)

This egg was given to Lucielle as a gift on her 20th birthday by her nomadic friends Steven the Hawlucha and Chell the Lopunny. It was decorated in a non-descript fashion as to hide the type of pokemon being born. Its parents are unknown. The Egg has been travelling with Lucielle for a week. [WIP]
