Aw man, I like it, but I have some problems with it.
I think it's mostly because I feel like I see two different styles going on here and they just aren't working together. I mean, you've got this gorgeous, soft shading on her face, chest, and the background and I absolutely love it. But then these big black lines and shadows come in and ruin it for me. I can't say I know how you might fix it though as I don't even know how to get that kind of shading myself.
Also, the shoulders and arms feel like their disconnected anatomically or too short.
