Elsa Shepard isnt really as strong in my head as she is in the game . Beneath the tough girl exterior is a woman who is just incredibly lonely, full of regrets, and hates to have friends and/or lovers because she doesn't want to deal with the pain of having them ripped away. It took something like this ( won't say because of spoilers, but I think all the sihas know already) to make her want to fight for not only the lives in the galaxy, but more for those she cared for. Along the course of their relationship, she regretted falling for him because she knew that at the end of it, he would also be torn away form her because of his illness .

I feel bad for making her so miserable when the Shep in the game is such a bad ass, but I guess it's my emotions/feelings about the game reflecting back into her....this game is breaking me and I want to kinda burn Bioware to the ground :I
